Sports are all over the world. I mean hey, sports give you a workout instead of sitting on a couch doing absolutely nothing but staring at a screen. Any sport will help keep you fit and makes a smaller chance of you being exposed to many diseases. Unlike sports, video games only let you build up more fat and make you more exposed to diseases. Video Games are terrible for your health and sports are a great way to help you regain your health and physical caliber.

The first reason why sports are better than better than video games is that it protects you from most diseases. For example, diabetes is caused when one’s sugar is not regulated. If you sit on your couch playing on your electronic device with an unhealthy snack, you only get more prone to getting diabetes. When people do get diabetes they have to take insulin a lot and trust me it really stinks. You definitely should go and exercise if you want to stay healthy. Sometimes others can also get depression because of your addiction seeping into your body.

Sports allow you to receive better health and become a better trained person. Sports reduces the amount of weight you gain. Obesity is a big issue faced by millions of people across the world. This issue can be dealt by indulging in loads of sports or similar physical activities. Sports also prevents Hypertension, also known as high blood pressure, which may result in stroke or heart disease. This makes the control of hypertension absolutely necessary. Hypertension can be prevented by being physically active or by playing sports. Physical activity or sports can keep your heart and blood vessels healthy and prevent hypertension from developing. Sports also help in maintaining lower levels of bad cholesterol. Some experiments showed that compared to athletes, bad cholesterol levels in sedentary people were much higher, while good cholesterol levels were significantly higher in athletes. These all improve your health status and fitness caliber.

Sports also improves your emotional status. These are a few of the things that can improve if you play sports.
