Kraemer Hip Hop: The Team That Never Quits

Have you ever been amazed by a school dance team? Well, the Co-ed Hip Hop Team will amaze you even more! This 7th to 8th grader dance club is held after school at Kraemer Middle School. It is choreographed and taught by the nearby high schoolers. But they never would’ve thought the team would have continued for this long.

The Kraemer’s Hip Hop Team has had great memories ever since est. in 2006. In 2006, it was originally just a Boys Hip Hop Team. But down the road, some girls wanted to do hip hop along with the guys, so the owners had a meeting about the idea and said that the girls were able to join. Ever since, it has been known as the first Co-ed Hip Hop Team in our school.

The “All Male Hip Hop” team at Valencia High School comes to the Kraemer studio to teach some choreography for the middle school dancers. It had its first meeting on October 14th for the 2014-2015 school year. The dancers practiced a move that one of the members from the “All Male” team from Valencia taught. Garett E., one of the leader from “All Male”, said, “This piece we’re learning is gonna be challenging, but the rest will be much easier once you get the hang of it.”

The Kraemer Hip Hop team is an amazing dance team that has been going on since establishment in 2006. The team will hopefully continue for years and years into the future, but time will tell.
